Mawhiba Metaminds Case Study

How we helped Mawhiba launch a global STEM learning platform

When your audience spans borders, your brand message needs clarity, direction - and heart.

The problem

We’d worked with Mawhiba before, writing speeches for their flagship events — including the Global Conference of Giftedness and Creativity — so when they returned for help shaping the brand strategy of a new international learning platform, we already had trust in place.

M3 is a bold vision for youth talent development: connecting top STEM minds aged 19–28 with global opportunities. To support digital education in Saudi Arabia and beyond, the platform needed to be accessible and inspiring. But the placeholder copy lacked clarity and emotion — and didn’t reflect the scale or ambition of what they were building.

Before us

We connect and empower talented young individuals from around the world. Our mission is to make a Complete Value Chain of natural giftedness accessible to a worldwide digital platform by giving them the resources, mentorships, and coaching they need to solve some of the biggest Global challenges.

Why they brought us in

With a third-party design agency already on board, we were brought in to lead on messaging. Our role was to translate the ambition behind the M3 platform into a clear, compelling, human story. As native English speakers used to working with international audiences, we focused on the tone, nuance and clarity of this education copywriting — making sure the copy was strategically aligned but also warm and easy to read.

What we did

Together, we built a messaging foundation that would support not only the website, but also future communications. This included:

  • A detailed breakdown of key audience segments: STEM talent embarking on their careers, employers, universities, content providers and subject matter experts
  • A messaging framework based on what each audience needs, thinks, feels and wants
  • A brand script to tie the strategy together
  • Emails, onboarding copy and human-friendly Ts & Cs to support launch

The result

The platform launched with strong foundations: a clear brand narrative, a user-focused structure, and a distinctive voice. M3 is now being used to attract international partners, funding, and course providers – and to position itself as a key part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

We’re proud to have helped shape that story.

With the refined messaging, M3 now speaks directly to talented young individuals, partners, and SMEs in a way that feels inspiring. This has helped result in increased engagement, a stronger sense of community, and more interest from both participants and other stakeholders. I was struck by Olly’s ability to deeply understand the needs of gifted young adults and translate that into a compelling, future-oriented message. His expertise and attention to detail ensured alignment with the mission and values of our initiative.
